Supplements are an important part of healing. Without it we aren’t able to get adequate amounts of nutrition from just foods anymore. With our bodies immune systems being compromised, along with viruses proliferating off our standard american diets…supplements are almost a MUST.

Before continuing, I must state that I am no expert, nor am I knowledgable enough to make recommendations. It’s really important to make that very CLEAR. I always believe in safety first! I recommend you to do your research or seek to work with a practitioner to find the supplements that are right for you. With that being said, this right here is just me sharing my list as an example. It is only meant to fulfill the requests of those who wished to see the list of supplements I am taking. This is NOT a list for you to follow and I am NOT recommending that you take these supplements.

My Past Supplement Lists

Feel free to check out lists of my past supplements on previous posts… “Daily Supplements” and “Updated Supplement List 07/2017”.

You will be able to see my supplements have changed along the way. My most recent decision to change them occurred after reading Liver Rescue book by Anthony William. The book has a section has a chapter on supplements and shares dosages as well. Reading that provided me with more tools and knowledge to support my healing and it lead me to reevaluate my list and make some changes.

Knowledge Gives You Power

Information has been one of the biggest support throughout my journey. All the doubts, fears, and hesitations around healing were eliminated with the understanding of each symptom’s root issue. Having that information resulted in me being able to make better decisions for my health. I felt empowered as I no longer was aimlessly guessing what to do. The choices I made were now done with confidence.

I know that choosing to add supplements can be intimidating, and even frustrating. If you are at any point feeling unsure please seek help from your doctor or a practitioner. It is very important that you work with someone who can provide the expertise and assure that you are doing it in a safe way. I just hope that this post was able to provide a little support on your journey to choosing the right supplements for you. And as always I send tons of healing love and light to each and every one of you!
