Over the course of my journey I expanded and incorporated more supplements. So I wanted to share what supplements I am currently taking on a daily basis.

But before we get into the list I want to address a question that I am often asked. Which is “Do I need to take these exact same supplements to see results?”…the answer to that is, “Absolutely not”. These are just the supplements I chose to take, based on what I read in the Medical Medium book. Each supplement has a purpose either to help boost my immune system, strengthen my central nervous system, or assist in fighting the Epstein Barr Virus.

What Works For Me May Not Work For You

Now let me point out that everyone is unique in their own way and so are these viruses. So what works for me, may not necessarily work for you. Instead of looking at my list and following it, use it more as a guide to steer you in the right direction. That way if some of the supplements don’t work for you or you need to add different ones, it won’t leave you feeling lost, defeated, or confused. Instead, I hope that you will feel guided as you use my list as a reference and understand that you may need to do more research to find the perfect combination for yourself. If you are unable to do that on your own I would highly suggest working with a practioner.

The Trial and Error Phase

I’m going to be honest, I went through a long period of trial and error. Some supplements made me feel better while others didn’t make me feel good at all. It lead me to make the decision to either continue or listen to my body and omit them. Intuitively, I chose to listen to my body and truthfully I’m so glad that I did.

These supplements are not bad nor did they not work.  It was quite frankly too strong for my body and I just couldn’t handle the detoxing it prompted. But as time went on, I got stronger and have been able to handle more detoxing. This in turn allowed me to incorporate more healing supplements into my daily regimen. Truthfully, finding the right combination of supplements takes time and I feel it will continue to change as time goes on. As I mentioned, it took me awhile to find the right combo, hence the reason why I’m here sharing this updated list of supplements.

In the beginning, I didn’t start off with this many supplements. So if you are just starting and would like to see my beginning list click here.
