Did you know that we can get heavy metals from our cookware? They can get scrapped off the pot or pan during cooking and end up in our food. For this reason, I have finally invested in a set of non toxic cookware.

After years of researching (and saving some money), I have found ones that matched my style. Just to be clear this is not a sponsored post and this was my decision to purchase these. There are many other great brands out there. Some of them may be even be less toxic, cheaper, or even made with better materials. I’m not sharing this to say that these are the VERY BEST on the market. I’m sharing this because many of you have asked about it. These are just ones that have checked off all my boxes in what I was personally looking for in cookware.

Okay now that all of that is out of the way…. let’s get into the reason you are really here. To read my review of these pans!

Pros

Pros:
I absolutely love the color, the modern clean look, and the storage setup that comes with it. These pots heat up quickly and the heat is distributed evenly throughout the pan. Also food particles that would normally take a lot of effort to get off come off with ease. They do come in an array of colors which makes it easy to find one that you like.

On a side note, I do use a wooden spoon or wooden chopstick to cook with so that I don’t scape the pots. These pots are absolutely beautiful that I just don’t want to risk the chance of ruining them. Plus this is what I’ve always used to cook with. Raise your hand if you have one of those wooden spoons that once was round but now has a slant, if you know….then you understand what i’m talking about, lol. But for those who are wondering, it’s what happens to the wooden spoon after cooking with it for years. The spoon will no longer be round, instead it wears down on one side causing the spoon to now take on your signature slant. Totally useless information but now you know, lol.

Cons

Cons:
One of the things to be aware of is its’ weight. They are a bit heavy which to me translates to good quality as that seems to always be the case with my higher priced cookware. But for some I know this could be a deal breaker but for me, I’ll take THAT over heavy metals in my food any day. Another thing that isn’t necessarily a con but something to be mindful of, is that the space between the handle and the lid is a little tight. Not that there’s a problem with grabbing it or you need to have slender fingers, it just that you need to be a bit cautious when it’s hot. I think I was used having more space so I need to pay attention a bit more until I am more familiar with the new lids.

Overall rating, I give these an ….8/10
