Celery Juice

Every morning I begin my day with 16 ounces of plain celery juice. I drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can use a juicer or a blender to make it. It is best and most effective by itself. Sounds to good to be true but don’t under estimate it’s simplicity with it’s power to help you heal.

Benefits of Celery Juice

Celery juice helps to raise hydrochloric acid levels. This is a key element that is needed to break down food when it reaches your stomach. With adequate amount of hydrochloric acid the body is able to create an excellent environment to process food, resulting in a healthy digestion. A healthy gut can absorb nutrition better and eliminate any leaky gut symptoms or what I have learned is actually called ammonia permeability. Another great benefit of celery is that it contains mineral salts. Mineral salts are great for the brain, supports the central nervous system, kill off strep, enhances the immune system, and are great for helping the liver detox.
