Mushroom Chopped Salad

Love, love, love this salad. The crunch is so satisfying and all the flavors compliment each other so well to create this delicious salad. The best part is that this DOES NOT have any FAT!!!

Ingredients:
-3 persian cucumbers diced
-10-15 grape tomatoes diced
-1/2 of a small sweet onion finely diced
-1 portobello mushroom diced
-1/4 of a head of cauliflower diced
-1 1/2 tsp coconut aminos (this is just an estimate, use more or less based on what you like)

Instructions:
-add all ingredients to a bowl
-drizzle over coconut aminos
-mix

Not only is this salad delicious, it is also super nutritious and will definitely help support your body to heal.

Portobello mushrooms:
-are excellent at strengthening the immune system
-they also have been known to slow down or prevent the onset of tumors
Cauliflower:
-contains the trace mineral boron, which is known to help the endocrine system
Onions:
-are the richest food source of quercitin, which is a potent antioxidant
-they contain valuable sulfur compounds that are known to strengthen the immune system, the brain, & the nervous system
-those sulfur compounds also act as a heavy metal detoxifier
Tomatoes:
-revitalize the kidneys, liver, & spleen
-they carry their own variety of vitamin C that’s bioavailable to the lymphatic system & liver
Cucumbers:
-they have a fountain-of-youth effect on us, hydrating us at the deepest cellular level possible
-when eaten daily it can reverse liver damage, dialing back 10-15 years of toxin exposure
