Dehydration is a big problem for most of us. I mean we barely can consume the daily amount we need and most of us consume some form of caffeine which decreases our hydration levels even further. Being dehydrated can affect our stress levels, our bodies’ ability to function, and decrease our over-all wellness.

Most of us may not even notice that we are experiencing symptoms of dehydration. To prove this let’s explore some questions and see if any of them resonate with you:

  • Do you drink tons of water but feel like it just runs through your body?
  • Are you frequently going to the bathroom to urinate?

or

  • Do you drink tons of water but feel like the body retains it so you can’t drink any more?

If you answered “yes” to any of those questions than you may be experiencing some form of dehydration.

The best way to hydrate yourself is to drink Living Water.

Living water is water that has minerals and life energy in it. It is water from flowing rivers, running streams, or beautiful oceans. But if you were to actually drink the ocean water, the salt from it will have the opposite effect and dehydrate you. Drinking water from streams and rivers are also not a good option as they contain too many pollutants for us to safely drink it. Which leads most of us to drink water that is purified. Sadly… in this process water loses it’s life or energy.

So how can we to create our own Living Water?

How to Make Living Water

1. You could add a citrus fruit like lemons, limes, or grapefruit to your water. These fruits get their minerals from the earth and they also contain some living water in them. Squeeze some lemon juice in your water. The living water in the lemon will connect with the distilled water and activate it. This also is true for limes and grapefruits.

2. You can put water in a glass jar and leave it in the sun. As the sun shines through the jar, it provide the water with energy. This will then make it living water by putting life back into it.

3. Add some Raw Honey. Yes raw honey has sugar but it also contains minerals and micro phytonutrients that are perfect to create living water

Do You Have Difficulty Drinking Water?

I know that some people have a difficult time drinking water and most of the time it’s because it isn’t Living Water. But if you are still experiencing a difficult time drinking enough water, try drinking a glass of cucumber juice. Anthony William the Medical Medium suggest to drink about 8-16 oz of straight cucumber juice daily. He says that cucumbers are an excellent source to help heal severe dehydration caused by an illness, or from being in the sun too long, or even chronic dehydration.

I learned all about “Living Water” and other important life saving facts from the Medical Medium website where I took the free Healing Path course. You too can be informed and be on your way to a healthier more vibrant life😊💚
