When I first started the @medicalmedium lifestyle When I first started the @medicalmedium lifestyle I had no idea what I was doing • But that didn’t stop me • I kept going even if my meals weren’t perfect • - I cooked with oils - my meals weren’t necessarily low fat - & I did eat rice sometimes (which was a big deal for me since I used to eat rice every day) • So be kind to yourself.
