Week 3 and 4 of Sugar Detox

Not too much has changed in week 3 and 4.  I still am noticing a steady amount of energy and no sudden declines like before when I would experience those nasty sugar crashes.  I’m also noticing that I am functioning better if I eat every couple of hours.  Which has been kind of a difficult concept for my brain to learn but I must listen to my body.  And right now my body actually craves food way more often than before.  Now I would like to point out a key part to a healthier life is to definitely listen to your body.  As I mentioned I crave food way more often and I have noticed that if I eat when my body tells me to, I don’t crave sugar.  It’s as simple as that!  Now why have I not listened to my body before?!!!  Want to know something else that is crazy????  I eat more now, then I did before, but….. I weigh less! CRAZY!!!!
