PB and J Smoothie

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches really remind me of being a kid. As I was thinking back to my youthful years, I remember how free I felt. I lived my life with no fears and felt like skies were the limit. My imagination was as big as the universe. I would constantly create things either by playing “make believe” or I would color in my coloring books all the time. So I decided to try and recreate that flavor by experimenting with this smoothie. Low and behold it came out fantastic. It is so delicious and I love it even more because it brings back all those feelings and memories of being free.

Ingredients
1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
3 pitted Medjool Dates
1 TBSP of unsweetened Almond Butter (I used unsalted almond butter so I added a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor)
1 tsp of Barley Grass Juice Powder
2 Frozen Bananas
1 1/2 cups of frozen Wild Blueberries

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend.
